职位描述
Job instructions:
? Aggregate expert knowledge in the field of Product Lifecycle Management process and tools
? Conduct and plan user trainings that guarantee an efficient utilization of the product lifecycle management systems and processes.
? Co-ordinate user authorization process.
? Elaborate and maintain training materials and documentation, according to the guideline and best practice policy of the Group.
? Provide expert consultancy to the users and participate at problem resolution.
? Co-ordinate the Key-user organization
? Participate at testing of new system releases and support their implementation.
? Collaborate with system responsibles and process leaders, provide input on new requirements, change requests, improvement ideas.
Qualification / work experience:
Bachelor/Master of Engineering, Computer Science or comparable degree
? Specialized know how in product development process, product lifecycle management
? Experienced in SAP (PDM/PLM, MM, DMS), project management
? Experienced with Microsoft Office / Lotus Notes
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Superior written and oral communication skills in English
? Open-minded to international cooperation
? Travelling requested within the group
