Title: Finance controller (Manufacturing-Cost)

Salary: 450K/Year

Location: SH, downtown

Your roles:

· In charge of month end closing, ensure timely and accurate management report. Determine and book relevant monthly closing entries, ensure relevant provisions / accruals are managed in line with company policy

· Analyze monthly financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets. Provide management with management reports, analysis & presentations for business decision.

· Assist Finance Controller/Director to improve result (monitor daily spending, identify potential saving area, and optimize current reports)

· Prepare budget and forecast, ensure the accuracy of financial forecast

· Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.), or improving business profitability analysis.

· Liaise with all departments, re financial and deal related matters

· Other Ad hoc support to Senior Finance Manager

What you need:

· Bachelor, in Accounting or Finance is preferred

· 8 years+ experience in Manufacturing, rich experience in Costing/FP&A

· Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment

· Good in English

· Strong analytical skill and familiar with SAP

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and be adaptive to the work requirements

· Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion

· Demonstrated leadership, executive presence, problem solving, facilitation, presentation skills and analytical skills
