我客户公司是一家专业从事兆瓦级风力发电设备研、制造的高科技公司，主要业务为具有完全独立知识产权的1.5兆瓦风力发电机机组的设计及生产。目前公司核心研发团队成员均拥有世界领先风电企业的核心技术研发背景。公司还在丹麦奥胡斯设立全球研发中心，吸引欧洲本地的技术人才，以加速企业技术积累与转化的速度。公司已快速成长为中国首家自主开发风电核心控制技术和载荷优化技术的风力发电机主机生产企业，形成了具有自主知识产权的兆瓦级风力发电机核心控制与载荷及有限元分析及系统优化的技术成果，被中国最大的风电开发商国电龙源集团评价为“解开了制约中国风电自主发展的黑匣子”。目前我客户1.5兆瓦风机已获得德国劳埃德船级社（GL）设计认证，机组各项技术指标均达到国际先进水平，并通过国际权威风机测试机构ELAN-EDAG和DEWI（德国风能研究所）动态载荷和传动链性能的测试。目前远景能源正在为中国最大的风电开发商国电龙源集团甘肃、福建、海南等数个风电项目提供技术领先、性能出色的风电机组。
The position provides a substantial opportunity for career advancement, and the incumbent is required to have solid track record in Financial Planning & Analysis for a sizable multinational company in the fast-growing region.
Minimum Qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis for manufacturing and commercial operations within a large multinational company.
? Demonstrated history of driving businesses to improve processes and performance.
? Strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
? Self motivated; high bias for action.
? Bachelors degree with in Accounting or Finance
? Experience in Plant costing analysis is a must .
? Power user of Microsoft Excel.
? Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP) experience preferred.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Upload Hyperion data for commercial operations after accounting close. Ensure timely month end close and data accuracy.
? Consolidate Division financial statements/reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
? Work as China shared service to support division finance managers and drive consistency in divisions FP&A work by advising standard process and providing templates and tools.
? Assist Regional HQ financial reporting processes such as Quarterly/Monthly Business Review (QBR/MBR) package preparation. Providing accurate and meaningful data in a timely manner.
? Be business partner for China shared service. Prepare annual budgets/quarterly forecasts for China shared service function. Analyze variance and drive action to close gap.
? Support internal audit and external annual audit.
? Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
