About the company

l Location: Shanghai, Changning district
Your roles:
- Supervise accounting, reporting and legal team
- Train the team especially in area of accounting and tax
- Regular review of process and procedures and advisor on improvements (productivity)
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet review
- Ensure all financial analysis and report are done timely and properly
- Coordinate finance related matters with non-finance departments on finance issues.
- Deal with banks and treasury
- Supervise system improvements, such as UFIDA
What you need:
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related, CPA/ACCA is a plus.
- 10+ years finance experience, with 6+ years management experience, retail/FMCG/ trading working experience is preferred, experience in big 4 audit firm is preferred
- Strong accounting professional skills, including finance, accounting, tax, management reporting and etc.
- Good team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skill, esp. in computerized accounting and UFIDA applications.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
