职位描述

Job Objective

1. Establish and maintain production processes with necessary capabilities to fulfill quality and volume requirement
2. Ensure safe operating conditions in all business circumstances
3. Implement Robotics Production Systems principle in CNAUS operation
4. Optimize production facility with most suitable production equipment investment and preventive maintenance scheme
5. Develop Operation organization where Operational Excellence(Lean, Kaizen events, 6Sigma,etc) and continuous improvements are part of daily routines
6. Optimize internal factory logistics with stock accuracy, material mgmt practices and material flows
7. coordination with SEROP and global functions to meet GPG target
8. Support GPG-SU 2015 projects and make sure to finish the targets on time

Areas of responsibilities and tasks

1. Internal factory logistics mgmt. Monitor that correct GR process is executed and that no buffers is accumulating in incoming goods area
Secure right stock accuracy by means of utilizing correct SAP transactions, necessary cycle counting and proper use of I-house system
Implement main stock location and material location both warehouse and production lines
Establish replenishment process (2-bin, 1-bin, kitty) for production line materials based on actual consumption and stable response time
Establish unpacking process for cardboard material in order to not bring dust and unnecessary materials into production
Establish one piece packing flow
Support Quality dept. for external& internal quality issue handling
2. Master and production planning Establish short, medium and long term capacity plans for each production line and take needed actions to meet those targets
Secure that SOP volumes are transferred into SAP master and monitor weekly updates if needed
Participate in SOP process, actively evaluate different planning scenarios and take part in decision making process for confirmed (12 months) planning volumes
Establish and maintain standard operating hours to use for capacity planning, scheduling, continuous improvement evaluation and efficiency monitoring
Establish daily progress monitoring of orders in each line with process to take corrective actions to close performance gaps
3. Production mgmt. Manage and show example for QDC principle in production, create “preventive quality mind set”
Establish good communication with production teams and other department colleagues in order to optimize delivery capability
Implement performance/quality culture in production with individual responsibility and accountability for results. CPIP as additional motivator and disciplinary actions as means to maintain minimum standards.
Define production KPI's and targets which are in line with company targets
Maintain necessary headcount and competence with constant mapping and assessment of manpower needs and actual competences
Secure that 6S treated as prerequisite for quality, safety and production efficiency
4. Operational Excellence Secure work instructions are available electronically and in Chinese language in each work station
Secure that production has right participation and needed preparation activities done for ECO process
Design and implement preventive production equipment maintenance scheme and equipment mgmt. team
Maintain close co-operation and communication with SEROP
Manage continuous improvements and step change projects in a project set up with right periodization, weekly monitoring and progress reporting.
Optimize layout design to support product portfolio and volume requirements
Secure that production has right participation and will promote design for manufacturability and standardization in NPI process
Implement RPS and execute continuous improvement activities according to RPS principles
Implement “defect prevention” inside normal working process
Support key members to finish project based on GPG-SU2015 Strategy
5. Reporting Daily production output
Weekly/Monthly On Time Delivery
Weekly reporting of stock accuracy
Monthly employee competence matrix status
Monthly reporting of SOT and 5S jointly with QEHS
Weekly/Monthly Operation dept. status reporting in Mgmt. meetings
Weekly/Monthly reporting of OPEX projects status and results
6. Leadership role Define core and noncore department competence
Make succession planning for key positions

Qualifications:

1. BS Degree in engineering at least
2. Above 5 years experience with proven leadership in manufacturing operation role

3. Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork

6. Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm with good CI deployment methodology (Lean, Kaizen events ,6 sigma,etc)
