Position：Lean-Sigma Expert
Report to: Senior Quality Manager
Dotted-line report to: General Manager & Functional Managers
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
？ In conjunction with Quality and General Manager, set the financial goals for project savings and Working Capital as well as the global strategic projects to be launched every year.
？ Coordinate, collect, organize and distribute financial and project information to the organization.
？ Report on the status of the initiative to top management.5S’s +1 Program definition and deployment through the organization.
？ Provide benchmarking and coordinate the activity of defining and identifying best practices to be shared within the company.
？ Development and Implementation of lean sigma deployment plan.
？ Create Strategy, design, develop, implement and evaluate internal Lean Sigma Green Belts program including training.
？ Serve as instructor for courses that teaches personnel how to assess, identify and improve their own needs and opportunities.
？ Plan Lean-Sigma projects, including budgets.
？ Lead Lean Sigma projects that will produce significant cost savings and improvements.
？ Ensure projects are on schedule and project customer’s expectations are meeting.
？ Contribute on the development of the Production System.
？ Organize and facilitate external consulting support.
？ Provides benchmarking and best practice research.
？ Makes presentation to review status of projects as appropriate.
Requirements:
？ BS degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Business, or other related discipline.
？ Lean-Sigma Black Belt Certified.
？ Must have 3-5 years experience in a Lean-Sigma environment with a demonstrated history of results, which would include completed projects with significant cost savings.
？ Fluent English speaking. French Language is desirable.
？ Strong Leadership and management skills.
？ Project management skills.
？ Excellent verbal and written communication.
？ Good presentation skills.
？ Master degree, Experience as Instructor preferred.
？ Familiar with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and ISO 14001 knowledge is preferred.
