For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Production Manager 生产经理 .
What are my responsibilities?
- Lead and manage production teams to co-ordinate with other departments together to implement company business strategies. Prepare production plan and ensure the plans implemented timely by quality control, WIP control, raw material control, inventory control, energy consumption control and project time control, etc.
- Set and adjust annual production plan and budget. Check and balance monthly production plan. Organize production dept performance appraisal. Propose rewards and punishment on team leaders and supervisors and decide rewards and punishment on staff. Supervise and control techniques, quality, equipments, cost and output target in production process.
- Control product quality to meet ISO9000 and GB7251.1-2005 requirements. Work closely with quality dept to improve the product quality and process. Assist with investigation and handling of quality accident. Implement 5S management and monitor process to improve the utilization of raw material, onsite safety and project on-time delivery etc.
- Ensure the good maintenance of plant and workshop function and efficiency. Take part in responding on equipment emergency. Check and approve equipment overhaul plan.
- Improve production capacity by Labor Utilization optimization, productivity increase, process optimization and environment/safety improvement.
- Build and develop Production team. Evaluate the performance of Production team members and be responsible for their performance. Take part in setting up dept. training program based on the demands. Supervise and inspect job responsibility and manage labor discipline.
- Effectively lead the production teams in the workshop; Supervise and operate the daily production activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 8-year experience or above in production/quality management, including 3-year experience at least in management position; Working experience with similar position in a MNC manufacturing environment is preferred
- With knowledge of electric cabinets and related automation products production processes especially assembly, Testing etc; Experience in leading production process, controlling cost and supervising production teams of blue collars is required;
- With excellent leadership and executive skills; Good strategic view and goal oriented working style; Responsible and honest; Flexible mind set; Good attitude; Energetic and convincing.
- Bachelor degree in Electric Automation, Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with both senior management and production; Able to communicate in workable English and operate ERP system.
What else do I need to know?
- Be trained for production management, management and products is preferred.
