JD – Senior Manager, Statistical Consulting and Analytics

Location base: Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou

Job Summary:
？ Give advice to client service (CS) colleagues on research design, including interview methodology, sampling, and analysis methods; answer statistical/analytical queries from CS or clients
？ Lead and actively participate in team discussions and set direction for projects.
？ Be able to perform advanced statistical analysis for consumer research such as multiple regression, clustering, conjoint analysis, decision tree and discriminate analysis
？ Lead team members to get complex projects done according to plan within timelines. Handle competing priorities with little or no direction.
？ Upgrade existing analytical methodologies and develop new analytical methodologies
？ Provide training to colleagues from Consumer Research
？ Make contributions that impact the success of development initiatives, especially those that are top initiatives, complex, and/or have high visibility with clients
？ Identify unmet needs from CS or clients, develop plan to address them and execute it with excellence
？ Liaise with global modeling community

Typical Position Pre-requisites:
？ BS required, master or above degree preferred; major in statistics, mathematics or closely related field
？ 6+ years of working experience in quantitative analysis
？ Able to communicate complex ideas in clear, simple language in both formal and informal settings.
？ Strong leadership skills and good at people management with effective training and coaching
？ Good time management skills, sincere, hardworking
？ Good spoken and written English
