Reports to：Asia BD Director(特殊塑料在医疗上的应用）
1.Main Duties：
Develop profitable sales of Life Science in Asia, Analyze markets, identify opportunities, support country sales & marketing in meeting customers' needs.
？ Lead the development of Life Science SBU strategies throughout Asia, coordinate with the SBU. Implement strategies together with country team in Asia.
？ Support the building of the Asian team.
？ Identify and analyze feasible external growth opportunities.
？ Assume overall coordination of Life Science activities in Asia.
2. Principal end Results：
50% Sales and profit growth in Asia。
25% Set up Strateagic plan for development
20% Marketing analysis in Asia
5% External growth opportunities
3. Required Background Skills：
Well understand and comply company General Principles of Conduct and Action
Skill for Strategy set up and execute in different Asia countries.
Marketing and products knowledge for all PS
Communication skill to the team with different culture background
