Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership through participation in project and technical reviews and provide technical input and guidance to employees:
Verify requirements and functionalities, recommend acceptance
Identify technical risks and opportunities for improvements.
Create or participate in creating high level design and design estimation.
Act as key reviewers for project documents, solve problems, clarify design issues
Act as technical consultant for designers, testers, and other downstream users of the content; resolve technical discrepancies.
On-time delivery with high quality and adherence to corporate processes and procedures.
Ensuring high quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO, TL9000, CMMI).

Qualifications / Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related discipline.
4+ years of experience working in Telecommunications, Enterprise or other related industries.
Minimum 1 year technical leadership experience.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin, CET-6 holder is preferred.
Demonstrated technical leadership and software programming Proficiency using C, C++, and Object Oriented technologies.
Rich experience in IP network domain with deep understanding to TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling, routing and switching technologies.
Rich experience in developing data network products.
Experience with software engineering and lifecycle management.
Experience with Linux and inter-process communication.

Pluses:
Experience of developing WLAN products is preferred.
Knowledge of 802.11 protocol suite and WLAN technology is preferred.
Experience in Bootrom, OS layer, driver layer or middleware development is an asset.
Knowledge of RF, Regulatory, OFDM, MIMO is an asset.
Experience with QNX or other embedded operating system is an asset.
Prior work experience in the US or with US based multi-national firms is an asset.
