Responsilities：
?Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance /Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation ？
Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools
Selects best techniques and tools for manufacturing operation after researching options
Applies program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks
Translates program/customer technical requirements into detailed instructions
Interacts with customer - vendors to design and develop specifications
Maintains process documentation
Ensures compliance to customer Engineering and Installation processes
Requirements：
Up to 3 years of experience in an engineering classification
2 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred)
Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline
Understanding of configuration management
Able to understand technical data
Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies
Advanced ability to work with computer office applications, e.g. company and customer specific tools
