职位描述
Responsibilities：
§ Coordination with local broker, warehouse and forwarder on daily operation issues from import, export, transportation, to warehousing;
§ Coordination with shore tank terminal in Asia on bulk shipment and tank operation management
§ Responsible for inbound shipments from overseas delivery until clearance to warehouse and stock transfer from bonded to non-bonded
§ SAP transactions on stock movement and TM module management
§ Standardization of logistic practices and optimize process for continue improvement;
§ Operational measure and review “In Full” performance of local logistic service providers and develop improvement plans;
§ Checking for Bill of service providers and coordinate with finance on payment;
§ Insurance claim if any damage or loss happen;
§ Proposal on Physical Distribution network to support business growth initiatives;
§ Evaluate and analysis freight cost and local transportation cost;
§ Manage bonded warehouse by timely site audit and stock take.
§ Assist SC Managers on logistic projects in Asia;

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree prefer major in Logistic or Supply Chain
At least 3 years relative experience in chemical industry with (bonded) warehousing, terminal storage, freight forwarding; experience in a imitational environment;
Hands on knowledge of imitational trade compliance matters;
Familiar with ERP systems (pref. SAP)
Good English communication skills both written and oral
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge in 3rd/4th Party management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
