职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Supports PA planning process regarding expenses and headcount projection and provides rational assumptions and risk analysis
2. Measures results against the plan. Reports the result in a pertinent and fair manner
3. Conduct monthly reforecast process in terms of commercial expense and HC
4. Alerts when deviations occur and ensure the implementation of corrective actions. Acts in a prospective manner by coordinating periodical re-forecasting of results, while guaranteeing assumption’s accuracy and analysing the risk
Key Qualities Required:
1. Strong analytical skills with good number sense
2. Proficient in PC applications especially in Excel
3. Good command of English and Mandarin both verbal and writing
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in AP, accounting or related areas
2. 5+ working experience in Finance or Accounting, a background or planning experience is a plus
