Position Description:
Delivery and Consulting for airline operation solutions. The position will be responsible for the technical delivery phase of customer projects and consulting during the implementation of the projects or post implementation.

Minimum Job Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of software development and delivery lifecycle

- Experience in troubelshooting application issues

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to interface at appropriate management levels with frequent customer interface

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees the technical installation for solutions and/or modules and responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables. Manage efforts of company, customer, and third party vendors to ensure that an integrated solution is provided to meet the customer's need. System Admin duties that include database scripting, trouble shooting performance, etc. Ability to trouble shoots network issues.

Must have the ability to evaluate the impact of the issue to the customer then be able to prioritize the importance. Escalating issues to level 3 then create story and supply data for recreation of issue. Act as the lead interface with the customer, internal or external, regarding both support and deliverables.

Testing and documenting new releases and/or new or change functionality in modules. Maintaining the User guide file documents for assigned product. Conduct both internal and customer technical training classes.

Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.
