This is responsible for day-to-day IT operations in Shanghai and ensuring the smooth service delivery of IT Infrastructure function across China remote offices. This includes managing and providing effective leadership and coaching to IT infrastructure Operation team. The IT services staff, including the IT Operation leader, provide support to all users and ensure the effective performance of all IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities for this position can be further classified as Technical Support, Personnel & Administrative, Project Management

Technical Support:
Lead the team to provide IT services to all users located in Shanghai and remote offices in China.
1.Evaluate the technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades that enhance productivity.
2.Design service delivery mechanisms to ensure prompt and professional troubleshooting.
3.Ensure compliance with corporate-wide IT standards and security policies.

Personnel & Administrative:
Manage staffing and recruit new team members as required.
1.Coach and lead IT Operation team members across Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou;
2.Direct daily operational processes, analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop/maintain standards and set deadlines.
3.Develop and control IT operation and processes, and monitor these against corporate guidelines.
4.Develop, maintain and manage supplier and vendor relationships required to serve the offices.

Project Management:
1.Develop proposals as necessary for upgrading existing systems and developing new systems, and follow through the development and implementation as required
2.Roll out the corporate-wide IT projects in all China offices.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and above
At least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
