职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for utilization, flexibility and planning on all machines in Norgren Shanghai;
2. Co-ordination and shared resource as required between Shanghai and Brother Company;
3. Lead a cross-functional machining and assembly team of junior engineers and technicians;
4. Always looking for process improvement opportunity of all working cells with LEAN principles;
5. Plan tooling and maintenance requirements (Schedule, Budget, Contractor, Spare parts, etc.);
6. Utilize quality control tooling to manage Cylinder and Valve production (SPC knowledge);
7. Issue, control and implement process required document /drawing/ SOP / Working instruction;
8. Travel required (US/German based training and continuous improving);
9. Act as main training resource to machining operators and technicians;
10. Continuously improve the equipments productivity, quality to reduce Downtime/Scrap/RMA
Job Requirements:
1. University Engineering degree at related field;
2. Above 5 years working experience;
3. Mechanical/electrical automation industry working experience will be a plus;
4. Automation Machine hand on operation experience;
5. Coaching, communication, leadership and team working skills;
6. Good English Skill(Oral/Reading/Writing),AutoCad Application Skill;
7. Using computer software(PLC language) to debug production problems(low level)
