This is a newly set-up joint-venture engaged in pharmaceutical businesses in China. The role will be one of the key personnel of management team. You shall provide strategic leadership in managing and overseeing the finance functions of the company and develop and evaluate the short term and long term corporate strategic financial objectives and measurements.

Key Objectives/Job Description:

? Financial accountability: as a Finance Director you are responsible for managing and achieving key financial outcomes including but not limited financial planning, accounting, controlling, providing strategic and financial management advices to the CEO and the business.
? Business processes: these include technical responsibilities such as developing the financial and accounting systems, liaising with the relevant regulators and ensuring all accounting standards comply with regulations.
? Customer satisfaction: build stakeholder presence with internal and external stakeholders; to provide the partners with the right information to drive forward the business in all aspects
? People management: you are accountable for the recruitment, performance and development of your team.

Skills & Characteristics:

? Comprehensive understanding of all accounting/controlling/planning processes both of Chinese and European system
? Experience of planning, executing and integrating joint ventures in start-up phase
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Must treat all aspects of the work with high confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:

? Must have more than 8 years experiences (at least 3 years in management position) working in Fortune 500 company, preferred in European company
? Must have financial controller experience and Finance Director experience
? Must have experience to work for Start-up Company or projects
? Prefer to have oversea and local working experience
