1.负责上海及各会议、活动城市所用酒店筛选预订
2.负责会议、活动的人员统计、会前通知，会后调查
3.负责会议、活动资料制作、联系、快递安排
4.会员卡用户服务
5.CRM系统的项目开设，订单录入
6.销售数据统计、跟踪
7.客户数据整理
8.部门合同归档管理
9.部门物资管理
10.协助Event Business Director工作，并完成其交办的其他工作

3.工作努力,有责任心
4.工作效率高
5.1年相关工作经验
6.熟练的英语听、说、读、写
7.电脑应用熟练
