职位描述
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for generating new business from a portfolio of existing and new clients falling in Corporate and government markets in East and South China. And it requires drive, team orientation, resilience and a flexible but well organised work style.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of corporate and government-related selling process with a strong ability to close business and a solid leadership to develop a team. You will possess a ‘can do’ attitude with a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for the corporate and government in North China, which will be supplemented by your own prospecting and CCH marketing activity.
· Lead, coach, and develop team to achieve the individual and team goals defined by company, both quarterly and annually
· Analyze the market, customer, competition, products and team, conduct annual sales plan, and lead the team to execute the plan
· Understand the target industries and business, including MNCs, foreign invested companies, state owned companies, local big private and listed companies, and government purchasing process.
· Keep abreast of product developments and trends in the target market and be familiar with the competitive offerings
· Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients and partnerships.
· Hire, train, coach, manage KPI and develop team members.
· Be responsible for detailed and timely reporting to your manager on all relevant aspects of the business including forecast sales revenue and closure dates
Qualifications:
It is expected the candidate will possess 5+ years’ business development experience in corporate and government industry, ideally with a degree in business, finance or law and will have:
· Good leadership skills
· A sound understanding of information and software business
· An intimate understanding of sales cycles and processes
· A thorough understanding of the purchasing decision process and drivers for medium to large organizations
· Commercial acumen that enables effective and efficient evaluation of potential viability of new business to achieve profitable results
· Persuasive, articulate and competitive
· A consultative solution selling approach
· Excellent organizational and planning skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent presentation skills
· A team player approach, which recognizes the importance of individual accountability within the group
· The ability to work in a target driven and goal oriented environment
· Strong technology skills including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
