职位描述
1.0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
a. Maintaining the Facility Manual;
b. Control and issuance of the facility procedures and quality related work instructions;
c. Implementing and administrating the program for auditing of the quality system;
d. Administration of the system to control nonconforming material, components and products;
e. Reviewing vendor performance and initiating corrective action when required;
f. Issuing and coordinating requests for corrective/preventive action when a condition adverse to quality is identified;
g. The administration of the quality records system. The record system is to provide for the identification, transmittal, distribution, retention, maintenance, security and disposition of defined quality records;
h. Control and administration of receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and sample inspection;
i. Reviewing vendor’s material test report and QC’s inspection report and confirming goods receipt according to Cameron BOM’s requirements;
j. Verification of traceability and identification markings and assembly traceability records;
k. The control of material, components and products that are conditionally released for use;
l. Additional approval of process routings where required by the applicable Quality Plan;
m. Control, calibration and certification of monitoring and measuring equipment;

2.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Bachelor degree in Engineering (Metallurgical/ Welding/Mechanical) or equivalent is required.
· 3 to 5 years experience in quality-related discipline(s).
· Broad knowledge of total quality management, ISO 9001:2008.
· Familiarity with ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API 6A and China GB Standards used in the oil and gas industry
· Strong blueprint/ technical drawing reading skills.
· Strong communication, team-building and facilitation skills required.
· Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Able to manage multiple concurrent assignments as well as develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
· Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, etc
· Technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting, NDE inspection and exposure to multi discipline works in the oil and gas industry a strong advantage.
· Skills in the following: Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, Risk Assessment, and related Six Sigma project experience is an advantage.
· Formal training in audit techniques preferred.
· Product Design experience and background an advantage.
