Technical Helpdesk Engineer (汽车技术支持工程师)
Role角色:
We are currently seeking a Technical Helpdesk Engineer in Shanghai for a new and exciting project being launched by our client, a premium major global automotive manufacturer with a strong presence in the China market. Due to your technical expertise and your excellent communication skills, you will support our client detailed technical diagnosis and root cause analysis to improve the right first time fix rate and customer resolution speed.
这个岗位主要是通过电话或网络等在线交流工具,代表汽车主机厂解决经销商售后人员遇到的车辆维修和故障诊断问题。

The responsibilities of this position will include工作职责:
Accept and resolve enquiries from dealers via Comms / System entry methodology. 接受并解决经销商通过电话通讯/计算机系统发来的问题询问
Record data as required into a computer system. 记录关键数据进入计算机系统。
Write and circulate data to other Helpline Engineers / Field Service Engineers / Management / Manufactures / Dealer staff when necessary. 如有必要,编写并分发资料给其他热线工程师/现场服务工程师/管理人员/制造商/经销商人员。
Liaise with Dealership, Importer, NSC personnel at all levels. 联系经销商,进口商,公司各级人员。
Liaise with Management on Vehicle Case Histories, trends and analysis. 就车辆情况的历史、趋势和分析事宜,联络管理层。 Liaise with Manufactures Engineers / Staff on all issues associated directly with Hotline obtaining clarification from Management if required. 如果需要,就所有关于热线咨询的问题,直接联络制造工程师/工作人员获得相关说明。
Request Field Engineer visits when determined by Management. 根据领导指示,要求现场工程师来访。
Available for Field duty including overnight stays away from home as requested. 如果需要,需现场通宵值班。
Participate in training / product information exchange with appropriate data sources including overnight stays as required. 参加培训或产品信息交流活动,如果需要,须加班。
Accept other assignments (responsibility for items of equipment, literature, Client data systems, analysis, investigation, ISO9001, etc.) as determined by the Management. 根据上级要求,接受其他任务(负责项目的设备,书面材料,客户数据系统,分析,调查,ISO 9001等)
Complete and provide information for Company documentation as necessary (Travel Requests & Expense Reports, Corrective Action Requests, Timesheets, etc.). 完成和提供公司文档所需信息(旅行申请单和费用报告,纠正措施申请单,时间列表等)
On an exception basis, make travel arrangements, conduct vehicle testing, arrange servicing, etc. 其他:旅行安排,车辆检测,安排维修等

Experience and/or Qualification Requirements工作经验和任职资格要求:
Strong technical knowledge. 坚实的技术知识 Automotive Technical qualifications, at least 2 years experience as technical support engineer in automotive OEM. 车辆工程资质,至少2年在汽车主机厂从事技术支持工作
Competence in English (Spoken, Read and Written). 英语能力:听说读写良好
Be computer literate particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite. 计算机MS Office软件熟练
Proven aftersales background and knowledge. 汽车售后的背景和知识
Understanding of dealership operations and key challenges. 了解经销商运作和关键挑战

Confident in technical concern resolution, use of telephones and computers. 有信心通过电话和电脑解决技术问题 Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. 良好的口头和书面交流技能
