Dealer Appointment Specialist经销商网络发展专员(林肯汽车)
We are currently seeking several Dealer Appointment Specialists to join our team in Shanghai. The main purpose of the position is to take a professional, legally compliant approach to appoint and launch the best dealer network for Lincoln China.
目前,我们在招募若干经销商网络发展专员, 并加入我们北京项目团队。这个岗位旨在帮助林肯汽车开发中国的经销商网络。

1. 为林肯在中国任命及开办一个强健的经销商网络,以交付零售销量、市场份额、经销商健康及林肯 “私人定制体验”的品牌承诺。
2.作为林肯的形象及言论代表任命/指派及开办林肯经销商。
3.遵照一个专业且合法的经销商甄选及任命流程,客观从所有直销店中选拔最优秀的候选经销商。
-执行各项强健、合法及最佳的流程,使经销商树立了对流程完整性的信心与保证
-为要求的直销点甄选出有潜力的候选方
-筛选、评估及任命最优候选经销商,递交至林肯经销商委员会审批
-对所有计划经营场所进行现场勘察
-与候选经销商一起合作制定一份详细的业务计划书(包括详细的销售额及利润预估)向主要领导层呈报
-协助经销商委员会做出经销商任命的最终决策
-为确保一个专业、合法的经销商任命流程准备所有文件及分析
-发布经销商确认函,为任命的经销商编写一份意向书并督促经销商开办所需提供的所有文件
4.协助新任命的经销商 签订DSSA:
-内部流程:指引经销商执行符合汽车法规条例的经销商开办流程
-设施建设:与建筑设计师 及项目管理团队 确保按时/按品牌要求完成设施建设
-员工 招募:协助经销商面试及招募经销商的面向客户员工,如 销售人员、客户关系管理人员 及服务接待员工
-支持经销商 开展培训项目,林肯团队合规评估 及确保 新经销商符合林肯 经销商运营标准
-领导跨功能团队准备好经销商合规认证
-为经销商的开办准备好所有DSSA文件
-营销:协助经销商制定适合的营销及开办计划(含预算)以在经销商销售及服务业务开展起来后指引并执行


任职要求:

1. 本科以上学历;
2. 经销商拓展工作5年及以上经验;
3. 有良好沟通和社交能力;
4. 对经销商拓展流程了解,有相关渠道;
5. 能适应出差;
6. 英语四六级及以上。

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position岗位角色和职责:
1. Appoint and launch of a strong dealer network for Lincoln in China to deliver retail sales, share, dealer
health and Lincoln brand promise of Personally Crafted Experience.
2. Be the face and voice of Lincoln China to appoint and launch Lincoln dealership
3. Manage a professional, legally compliant dealer selection & appointment process to objectively select the
best qualified dealer candidates for all outlets.
? Implement robust, legally compliant and best practice processes so dealers have assurance and
confidence in the integrity of the process
? Identify potential prospect candidates for required outlet points.
? Screen, evaluate, and appointing the best qualified dealer candidates for Lincoln Dealer Panel approval
? Site inspections for all proposed facility premise
? Work with the candidates to develop a detailed business plan (including detailed S&P forecast) for
presentation to key management
? Manage the Dealer Panel process for final dealer appointment decision
? Prepare all documentation and analysis to ensure a professional and legally compliant dealer
appointment process
? Release the dealer confirmation letter, develop the Letter of Intent for the appointed dealers, and drive
for all the required documentation for dealer launch
4. Support the launch of newly appointed dealers for signing DSSA with:
? Internal Processes: guide the appointed dealers to implement dealership launch processes in line
with vehicle regulations and requirements
? Facility Construction: work with design architects and project management team to ensure on
time/on brand facility readiness
? Staffing: Support the dealer in interview and staffing process for dealer customer facing personnel
such as sales, CRM and service reception staff
? Support dealership launch training programs, Lincoln team readiness assessment, and ensure the
new dealer meet Lincoln Dealer Operating Standard
? Lead the cross-functional team for dealer readiness certification
? Manage the DSSA documents ready for dealer launch
? Marketing: Assist the dealer to develop a tailor made Marketing and Launch plan (including budget)
to lead up and implement after the launch of the dealership for both the sales and service business

Candidate Specification
Education Qualification
? University or above
? No. of Years of Experience: 5 years in Automotive Network Development
? Professional Exposure(Technical Skills):Dealer Network Development, Project Management
? Preferred previous experiences:Dealer Network Development, Dealer Facility Construction and
Launch Project Management in Premium Automotive Industries in China
Functional Skills
? Strong understanding of dealership operations and business management in China
? Ability to assess local market knowledge and evaluate dealer qualifications
? Ability for multi-tasking and complex project management

? Strong leadership with a can-do spirit and drive for result
