We are currently seeking one CS Accessory& Merchandise Contractor to join our team in Shanghai. The main purpose of CS Accessory& Merchandise Contractor is to help Volvo to improve performance in the Accessory& Merchandise functions.

职位意图
？ 研究当地的附件和精品市场现状，做好附件精品规划和统计工作。
？ 跟踪附件和精品组合现状。
？ 发展当地配件及商品传播材料。
？ 辅助其他业务相关部门关于附件业务。
重要职责
？ 支持配件及精品规划活动。
？ 跟踪项目状态
？ 编译客户教育，经销商培训和活动推广的传播材料
？ 与相关部门协调业务问题
？ 启动，执行和跟踪后续活动，确保满足关键职责。
岗位要求
教育：本科学历，技术相关专业
经验
？ 至少2年在汽车行业附件经验
？ 有业务拓展或营销方面经验优先
？ 良好的汽车产品知识
？ 优秀的口头和写作沟通能力
？ 英语技能：口语和写作流利，尤其口语能进行日常交流
？ 电脑技能：Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WEB基本应用，尤其能熟练使用PPT做报告。
沟通和人际关系技能：
？ 乐于沟通交流，能够以专业的方式表达和接受意见。
？ 能够独立推动分配的任务。
独立工作的能力：
？ 负责任的完成既定任务
？ 有驾驶执照者优先


CS Accessory& Merchandise Contractor
Purpose of the Position
？ To research local Accessory and Merchandise marketing status.
？ To track Accessory and Merchandise portfolio status
？ To develop local accessory& merchandise communication material
？ To associate with other related departments for accessory business

Key responsibilities
？ Support for accessory& merchandise planning activity
？ Tracking programme status
？ Compile communication material for customer education ,dealer training and event broadcasting
？ Coordinate with related department for business issue
？ Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in technical related field
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in automotive field. Accessory experience
In development or marketing aspect is an advantage.
Good Automotive product knowledge.
Strong verbal and writing communication skills.

English skills: Verbal and written.fluently

PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WEB based applications.

Communication and interpersonal skills:
Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
Able to drive assigned tasks independently.



Ability to act independently:
Works in a responsible way on given tasks
Driving license is an advantage
