A. Financial planning and reporting processes

• Lead 5YP, AOP, Quarterly Forecast, Quarterly Close & Year End Close presentations and submission for China Branded business. Revenue and OI management for China Branded business
• Liaise with Function Lead/ Manager to gather and validate all aspects of revenue and cost information in order to develop both Revenue and Operating Income picture of China Branded business performance
• Responsible for challenging the business’ expenditure (e.g. marketing, research, technical, T&E, IT, Facilities and etc) to improve cost management and drive value-for-money for responsible regions
• Present revenue, cost projections & analysis
• Provide and communicate timely, relevant, and precise information to key stakeholders.
• Act as primary liaison with Burbank Finance and Accounting team, as well as China WDI Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

B.Perform deal evaluation to support management decision on sales negotiation

• Work with branded block head to form block strategy and manage operation execution from finance perspective
• Work with China function heads to gather and validate all aspects of revenue and cost information in order to develop China branded P&L and Branded block standalone P&L
• Financial support for China branded blocks’ operation. Model deal valuation based on different scenarios, and provide negotiating recommendations and a “viewpoint” as to the financial risk and reward of deals, including
• Distribution cost and value analysis for local channels
• Ad sales support for internal deals and external proposals
• Acquisition / Production / Marketing / Technical financial support
• Local content production support
• Financial management for the Shanghai and Beijing based labour and overheads. Manages GC TV core team allocation to program licensing, Taiwan and Hong Kong
• Monthly T&E / AR / AP tracking and analysis, as well as invoice / accounting journals for China business
• Liaise with Burbank / Shanghai / Beijing accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

Experiences

·Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting major of renowned university required, CPA or ACCA required.

·At least 3 years in FP&A, with experiences to independently manage P&L

·Experiences in international multinational companies preferred

·Professional verbal and written English
