职位描述
The Job
1. Work in site clinic front desk, provide customer service to clients;
2. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
3. Support site manager and doctors to service patients;
4. Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
5. Record and file timely and ensure update.
The Person
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Over 1 year's working experiences in customer service, preferably in an international environment;
3. Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends and night shifts;
4. Excellent English capability;
