Company background: Our client is a USA based company with producing small appliances product.

Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
1. Ensure that effective management / operating / financial controls and infrastructure are in place that provide adequate financial information for analyzing financial effectiveness in various business operations, accurate reporting of business results and safeguarding of assets
2. To identify, and recommend on, opportunities for improving the existing systems of internal controls and endorse best practice solutions
3. Identifying, leading and participating in internal projects / tasks
4. Providing directions to the accounting and finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and management reports
5. Ensure compliance with the Corporate Policies and Ethical Standards across all operating departments and all business units of China

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in finance and/or accounting or above
2. CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred, familiar with China GAAP and US GAAP
3. 8-10 years working experience in big sized MNC with at least 3 years of managerial experience
4. Detail oriented, hands-on working style and can work under stressful work environment; Internal audit / internal controls experience preferred
5. Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
