西餐厅

负责礼貌接待顾客并接听电话，处理餐桌及包房预定。餐厅经理/副经理布置的菜单跟踪服务并提供餐桌服务

- 在入口处礼貌接待顾客
-接待餐厅经理/副经理指定的顾客，为其拉椅保证其坐得舒适
-开会前，确认宴会客座人数正确。顾客离开餐桌后，才能引领下一批顾客。
-保持留意餐厅内空余的餐桌
-礼貌接听电话（遵守电话接听细则）并在餐厅经理/副经理的指导下帮助顾客预订
-准时，高效，大方得体
-保持对客户热情的服务态度，随时提供贴心帮助
-服务员需要遵守餐厅所有规章制度，并协助进行执行相关制度
-无论顾客抱怨多少，需要汇报给餐厅经理/副经理
-服务员需保持良好的仪容仪表，不浓妆艳抹，制服干净整洁，穿着得当
-完成餐厅经理/副经理安排的其他任务
-在顾客等待区为顾客端茶送水
-维护特殊茶水推车
-维护餐厅日志
-维护餐桌
-记录预定餐桌上顾客姓名
-保持接待处干净整洁
