Bachelors preferably in mechanical engineering, electronics Engineering, or manufacturing engineering
Excellent Oral and written English being able to communicate and work with a global team
10 years relevant working exp. with 5 years QA management
Experience in consumer electronics or battery packs preferred
Capability to handle stress and pressure
Stand firm to uphold QA standards and meanwhile able to work with a cross functional team, both internally and externally

外商独资电池制造商找QAM (负责全工厂SQE/PQE/CQE管理)
Reporting Line：Plant Mgr, Global Operation D (US)
Subordinate: 50
Location: Minhang District, Shanghai (全市有班车)
Duties:
Champion all quality initiatives & quality KPI for the business
Cost of poor quality program reduction
PPM Defective Reduction
Lead and Troubleshoot problem-solving efforts using disciplined problem solving tools
Champion continues improvement process projects in SH facility
Ensure customer satisfaction through established quality initiatives
Lead corrective action process using customer corrective action (CA) requirements, such as 8D report
Lead customer product launch cycles using APQP process
Manager Layered Process auditing
Conduct management review of the quality system
Responsible for attainment and compliance with quality certifications (ISO) and standards
Responsible for successful completion of all quality certification audits
Execute all requirements of an effective inspection system
Evaluate production process using statistical process controls
Confirm product shipped completely meets customer requirements
Identify opportunities for cost savings, gains in efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness
Develop and maintain supplier quality standards for raw materials and manufactured or purchased parts
Lead, manager, and develop quality staff members
Actively participate in global management meeting as the primary quality representative of SH plant
Perform all other duties as assigned
