要 求：
A Business or Accounting Degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
A CPA is preferred
Must possess a minimum five years of experience in a senior management role; ideally with external audit and in-house financial management experience gained in a high growth organization; 4-5 years experience in operations is a must
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
Entrepreneurial team player that can multi-task is required
Must possess self reliance as well as good problem solving and results oriented skills
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff
Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
Willing to 'roll-up his / her sleeves'; not dependent upon an army of support staff

职 责：
In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance functions with app 10 staff
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
Advise general management and other key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters
Serve as the liaison to external and internal auditors, government bodies and tax authorities
Contribute to the development of strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization
Partner with Operational Excellence, Product Management and Purchasing
Team and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results
Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
