The company:
Our client is specialized in the development and marketing of the products for pharmaceutical industry with more than 4500 workforce around the globe. The company has R&D facilities in Europe, USA, Asia as well as many offices operating in more than 50 countries.
Your mission and task:
You are expected to manage, develop the HR processes and operation and give effective strategic HR support to the region Asia Pacific for establishment of sustainable organization. This will include the implementation of international HR processes and guidelines change, and improvement activities as well as enrolling the global program in the HRM domain.
You will manage a team of around 6 and give guidance and advice to the regional HR professionals. Ensure excellent communication of HR activities throughout the organisation to meet their business goals. Contributing to the global organisation to realise positive organisational change and growth would be also one of your missions.
Your profile:
You are an excellent HR generalist with over 10 years wide range of experience in all HR management areas, such as organisational development, leadership development, establishment and management of HR policy. Ideally you have experiences in establishing HR systems and process related to compensation & benefit in the Asian countries from scratch. Being exposed and open-minded, proactive and positive, these are the key for this international management role providing practical and strategic support to the business directors in the region and to all workers. Fluency in English in writing and speaking is mandatory, so you can communicate well with your international and national colleagues. You also have full of passion for being part of the driving business force and taking challenges and know what makes an excellent communicator and have been practicing it as example.
