Intelligence Analysis team is a team under Bayer Corporate Central accounting- Transactional accounting. Intelligence Analysis Accountant is responsible for spot check and trend analysis for Travel& Entertainment expenses as well as 3rd party vendor payment.
Key responsibilities：
1. Perform procedures to check Travel& Entertainment expenses/3rd party payments are complied with company compliance policy
2. Identify significant risk of fraud and document that in the working paper
3. Prepare working papers of spot check procedures performed, dataset checked, and result found.
4. Perform trend analysis based on DSM team behavior and based on issue category
5. Responsible for voucher request as well as voucher return, make ensure safety of vouchers.
6. Provide value added feedback to compliance team and accounting operation team of findings in the spot check work
7. Assist supervisor for special tasks if needed
8. Support investigation team for special cases and investigation voucher review work
9. Support corporate audit if any special cases

Requirement:
1. University graduates with finance and accounting background
2. Over 3 years working experiences in finance and accounting area in a multinational company
3. Integrity and strong sense of responsibility of work
4. Creative thinking, open minded and strong analysis ability
5. Good team player, initiative, responsive and proactive, competent to work under pressure and tight deadlines
6. Skillful of Microsoft Office
7. Good command of both spoken and written English
8. Healthcare industry background or sales background is a plus
9. Big 4 experience is preferred.
