职位描述
Job Title: Technical Service Executive - Precor
Report to: Technical Service Manager , Precor China
Main Responsiblity:
Technical support and Service work
- Technical support to dealer. including product installation, trouble shooting and Training.
o Installation support according to dealer requirement.
o Help dealer and customer to solve problem.
o Provide necessary training to dealer and customer. To guide customers to the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and calibration service on precor product.
- Travels to customer locations to provide on-site technical support.
- Effectively communicate with customers, reduce customer complaints
- Work on exhibition site : Installation/debug/cleaning
Needed competencies:
- Good technical skill. With rich hands on experience.
- Honest and self motivated. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently; team spirit
- Willing to travel in china.
Education:
- Degree holder in Engineering in both electrical and mechanical fields preferred or related discipline
- Formal management training preferred.
Needed working experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in technical service oriented environment
- Experience working closely with remote customer service organization(s) preferred
- Familiar with computer and network both hardware, software and system designing knowledge.
