岗位职责：

一、遵守国家法律和各项规章制度，全面负责园区的安全，消防工作。
二、组织处理园区内发生的重大治安案件和事故。
三、负责制定本馆员工的各项制度及业务培训计划，定期开展保安业务知识培训、及保安技能训练。
四、负责指导、监督、检查本部各项工作，定期对本馆员工进行考核。
五、开展经常性的法制教育，搞好治安联防工作。
六、负责与场馆管理人员沟通与协调，协助公安机关侦破各类案件。
七、提出园区人防、物防、技防的计划方案。
八、定期向主管领导汇报工作。
九、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

学历：
5年在安全业界的经验,军人或警察的背景
持有保卫师二级证书
国际公司或合资企业的经验
管理，领导和视觉技巧

Responsibilities:

• Give a strategic vision of Security activities, set up short term, mid term and long term business planning
• Detect growth opportunities, play an important role within network of national and international decision-makers in Security field.
• Continuously improve on our security services and set up additional new offerings in this field
• Define and oversee the implementation of our client policies in accordance with the strategy of our client
• Identify and understand customer's needs for security activities, develop or/and maintain good relationships with customers
• Provide expertise that meets internal and external client requirements (human resources, systems, news services...)
• Ensure the quality and reliability of our services to customers through a regular analysis and control of security reports, setting up of actions plans, follow up...
• Remain well briefed on all security activities in all the company's Security sites; investigate all serious security incidents affecting activities or personnel on all sites and report/advise management
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring that they are rigorously observed; investigate and report all serious violations of the security policies and procedures and report/advise management
• Ensure all staff are briefed and trained regularly on security policies, procedures and issues and that these are understood and respected by them
• Keep abreast of security developments at local and national level and feed back any changes or relevant info to management

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in security industry with military or police background
• Experience in international companies or joint-ventures is preferable
• Management, Leadership and Vision Skills
