职位描述
Job Description:
· Perform ESB claim data analysis in each market; develop regular report to monitor the claim cost spending.
· Prepare weekly/monthly ESB performance report to help management team better understand the market performance.
· Prepare loss ratio analysis on current ESB product to monitor the claim spending trend and support on the annual ESB pricing review.
· Work with service engineer operation, parts purchasing and other related internal team to improve the ESB parts quality issue.
· Interact with ESB managers and ESB analyst in each market, liaise and coordinate ESB system operation issues and provide on time support with IT team.
· Daily maintain Servis2 system, gather product all related information from the markets and develop product pricing as required and upload into Servis2 system.
· Work with each market to understand the business requirement and put into change request Queue.
· Work with IT support team to help them understand the business requirement and perform UAT in the system.
· Maintain the data quality in Servis2 system to ensure the correct data for business and financial analysis.
· Develop a quality assurance monitoring process to ensure the accuracy of all product specifications are loaded into the Servis2 system.
· Develop system operation manual to support market product launch.
· Organize weekly system review meeting with system support team to review the project status and open issues.
· Support on ESPARS system project.
· Support Global ESB re-engineering program with US team.
· Assist in the maintenance of a consolidated claims payment process and prior approval process.
· Coordinate regular data extracts from Servis2 system to internal users and external ESB suppliers for ESB activity.
· Support with the development of the annual FAPA ESB business plan as required.
· Provide support to strategy development and other tasks as requested by management team.
· Possible travel may be required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree above with at least 5 years of related working experience
· ESB system experience
· IT or Automotive background
· Good communication in both English and Chinese
· Customer service mindset
