Ensure accounting entries related with China tax and treasury are input into PSGL correctly, timely and completely. Complete monthly reconciliation for accounts related with tax and treasury. Support tax and treasury analysis by providing accurate accounting data. Supervise TER daily work.

Treasury Accounting

1. Funds Transfer
Verify transfer information (paying account, beneficiary account, transfer amount, etc.) on Citi Direct against treasury-approved Request for Payment

Input entries in PSGL

Attach original receipt to journals as supporting

File monthly journals with PSGL audit report, journal list, and sufficient supporting

2. Bank In
Input journal entries in PSGL upon receiving bank-in slips by debiting 08A, and crediting 18L – Lincoln dealer deposit; 18A-OP01 – rejected payment; and 06MUNAPP for BU, parts, intercompany, employee repayment, and other items

Disburse the bank-in slips in time to TER accountants, ISE accountant, GL accountant, and AR accountant for 06MUNAPP clearance

File monthly journals with PSGL audit report, journal list, and sufficient supporting

3. Online Automatic Payment (Bank Out)
Input journals entries in PSGL upon receiving approved Request for Payment with online tax deduction receipt by debiting 18P01 – VAT02 – BU and parts import VAT; 02A8380 – BU consumption tax and duty; 24A08A – parts duty; and 26W99 - penalty

Attach original customs deduction receipt to journals as supporting

Maintain Pay-on-Pass register and work with MSS to collect the original customs receipts

Provide PoP register along with original receipts to tax office for import VAT deduction

4. Intercompany Loan
Input journal entries in PSGL upon loan commencement and maturity

Accrue loan / time deposit interest on a monthly basis

Perform reconciliation of loan principal and interest with counterparties each month

Tax Accounting

1.Accrue monthly IIT for ISE based on actuals of last month

2.Book accounting entries for tax refund and incentive based on bank receipts and tax office instructions, and also post Schedule E entries in D_GAAP_LOC to comply with US GAAP

3.Book monthly entries for property tax and Land Use Right tax based on source documents from tax office

4.Understand the difference between Accounting and Tax treatment, local and US GAAP. Identify the temporary and permanent difference, and complete and commit for quarterly DTA in OTP system for FMCL and REC

5.Understand JV business, lead JV to do their quarter DTA reporting, and review their input to ensure correctness and compliance with Ford requirements.

TER Supervision

1.Supervise TER accountants daily work and solve complicated issues

2.Review and confirm daily TERs in QAD AP module

3.Review APA CEO’s TERs as required by NA accounting

4.Lead TER Concur launch and Citi corporate credit card switch program

5.Establish and update corporate credit card usage policy and credit review policy, and monitor the policy implementation

6.Review travel policy and input to travel office and internal control any recommendation

7.Lead semi-annual 06K aged balance clearance

Finance System & Project Launch Support

Support FS&P specialist for new system launch for FCO trading company

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Good database Mining Skills
Exellent communication in English and Chinese
Good Team Management
Strong MS Office
5-8 years of Accounting / Tax related working experience
