Job Description
1. Keep regular communication with client to maintain the relationship with client, in charge of the revenue and P&L target;
2. In charge of the client satisfaction to the service;
3. Understand daily client requirement and brief to internal operations and fulfillment team, take charge of internal resource organizing to meet clients' request;
4.Responsible for business consulting on CRM strategy, database mgmt, and more business oriented;
5. Deliver periodically project review to client.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 3 years experiences and successful track record in a direct / loyalty CRM agency;
2. Significant client/agency experience in running successful and profitable loyalty initiatives, experience in Retail/Music/3C industry would be advantageous;
3. Proven success at managing delivery, performance and profitability on major projects(agencies, departments, projects, clients etc.);
4. Aptitude and enthusiasm for business development experience with demonstrable experience in landing major clients and projects;
5. Solid people and relationship management and development experience, working with both clearly defined and structured organization and more organic, 1 to 1 organizational relationships;
6. Proven ability to develop and maintain clear business processes and practices which facilitate accurate and quality delivery of services;
7. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Simplified Chinese), articulate and able to convincingly present complex ideas and concepts in verbal and written form;
8. Highly energetic with the ability to drive a developing business in a challenging environment;
9. Strong written skill as well as presentation skill;
10. Be familiar with Windows, Outlook and MS-office, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
11. Working experience in Retail/Music/3C industry is a plus;
12. Bearable on OT to delivery job on time.
