Key Mission of Business Field:

• Lead, manage and motivate China Bioscience Business to achieve pre-set annual objectives and deliver committed annual OP sales target within pre-set TOE.


• Propose local strategic marketing plan of underlying franchises to maintain current products business growth. Launch new products with full alignment with region/headquarters every year.


• Recommend appropriate product/market development plan for new segments/product areas in order to drive above the market growth of the business and continuously improve its profitability.


• Ensure effective Product Life Cycle Management, SKU rationalization, and price optimization locally.


• Provide support in driving local business decisions. Challenge local product managers to optimize business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a sales & marketing organization capable of sustainable growth.


• Articulate a clear local vision and direction so that the employees are well-informed and involved. Be a source of confidence and positive energy to the team


• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the China Bioscience team to drive further technology-driven product innovation, provide creative strategic pricing & marketing initiatives, and achieve overall growth & profitability goals with above the market rate.


• Build and develop the local Business management team and keep upgrading talents.


• Set clear expectations, give appropriate autonomy. Develop measure and guide members of the team. Retain, recruit and develop world class talent in each critical function. Identify high potentials staff and plan for succession.


• Lead and build a passionate team which is focused on quality and technical excellence, is customer-centric, and is responsive to external customer needs.


• Build an organization capable of executing on breakthrough innovation
