Job responsibilities:
Communicating and promoting technical concept of solution for IPM in industry, and managing to enlarge industry business .
- Through get new projects to enlarge company market share in whole China. To get specific revenue according every year's target. Make market transparency and report to line manager.
- coordination with CSS/SSS and OC's to monitoring the quality of project implementation, competence build-up"
Responsible for market development of IPM business in industry
Collect market information and analysis
Promote IPM solution to the industry customer
Support and push local account managers (InS, SSS, VSS) to follow up customers leads
Project follow up of the implementation of these projects Knowledge
Market document (presentation, products sheet, reference sheet, etc) management (collection, optimization, development, etc)
Solution adaptation according to requirement from Chinese Customer
Take the leading function for the specific IPM project to promote company solutions for Industry. Coordinate within company to convince customer to select company.
Training, promoting IPM solution to company internal partner (VSS, InS, SSS, etc.)
