Responsibilities:
1. Support sales to maintain existing business or win new business
2. Promote & position products through customer presentation
3. Link application need to appropriate product configuration, draft technical quotation content
4. Analyze customer process and clarify appropriate bag design (CTO vs ETO)
5. Perform product demonstration and trials, support beta site testing
6. Support sales during all stages of the sales process incl. final negotiation with product & application knowledge, competitive positioning and pricing
7. Support IS projects with detailed product & application knowledge
8. Train & coach sales force to improve product knowledge, positioning and pricing
9. Train sales in usage of configurator
10. Identify and discuss product development needs with Product Management and R&D
11. Perform operator training, troubleshooting and quality issue resolution
12. Generate application notes for existing products, establish customer references/presentation and publication
13. Support global FMT activities

Requirements:
1. Master degree in biotechnical background
2. At least 2 years working experience in biopharmaceutical industry such as Vaccine, blood plasma, and Mab
3. Disposable bags Application experience in bio-manufacturing is a plus
4. Pilot Production or Commercial Production experience is preferred
5. Must possess the ability to effectively promote, convince, and introduce new products to Customers
6. Fluent English in oral and written, and frequent travel is needed
7. He or she should be honest, active, self-motivated, and can handle challenging and high pressure work
