-From our GSS AFS Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Specialist for expense claim Accountant.

What are my responsibilities˛
-Our Mission of function: providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with
company regulations and guidelines.
-Travel expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)
-General expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)
-Employee advance request
-Cash management - SFS requirement
-Account clearing
-Posting cash vouchers in SAP

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Profess. Knowledge: Travel regulation & Signature Mandate;
- China fapiao regulation
- SOA requirement
- IFRS
- PRC GAAP/ Local Tax Regulation
- Technologies: SAP FI operation
- MS office
- Fluent English both in Reading and Writing
- Methodologies:
- Support kinds of project related operation part
- Communication skills
