Summarized Accountability:

· To lead the Trade Marketing Team in the development and implementation of business-to-business and business-to-consumer trade marketing programs, which provide value added service to our bakery customers and should result in maintained/improved market share.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the needs, problems, and opportunities of our key customers and segments, and their customers (consumers) by communication/working with tech teams, sales teams, conducting market and customer visits, and reviewing market research.



2. Develop and implement effective trade marketing programs for both channels (distributors / wholesalers) and customers in conjunction with area sales.



3. Effective support to new product launch.



4. Lead annual China trade show activities.



5. Organize KA customers’ various market visit trips.







Experience & Education

· Bachelor degree from a recognized university

· 10+ years Trade Marketing/Marketing experience in foreign / multinational companies with 5+ years of experience in managerial position

· Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing, particularly in channel marketing



Functional Requirements:

· Exceptional creative ability and creative problem solving skills

· Strong analytical and presentation skills and drive for business results.

· Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with colleagues. Must be a strong team player as well as team builder.

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

· Willingness to travel, mainly within China.
