岗位职责：
1、熟悉仓库GMP文件的编写和修订；
2、熟悉仓库GMP记录的填写；
3、做好仓库的现场管理与卫生工作；
4、按《物料编号方法》对每批进厂物料进行编号；
5、按程序负责进厂物料的验收、请验,检验合格再办理入库手续；
6、本着先进先出的原则，根据生产指令限额发料；
7、按GMP要求严格管理标签类包装材料；
8、按程序负责办理产品出库手续；
9、按仓库有关规定做好其它各类物品的仓储工作（收货、入库、储存、发货、帐务管理等）；
10、熟悉中药材的养护工作。

任职资格：
1、工作经验：2至3年药品、保健食品生产企业仓库管理工作经验；
2、指定技能：熟悉药品、保健食品有关仓库的GMP知识，熟悉仓库电脑管理软件的操作。
