岗位职责：
1. 负责协助销售管理部总监开展客服工作相关的销售管理制度和流程建设，建立和完善客户服务管理制度和流程，保证对销售人员和客户的有效支持与服务；
2. 负责管理产品销售数据的收集和分析工作，对销售管理岗人员进行专业技术指导，提高数据分析的准确性，有效支撑销售部门领导的决策；
3. 负责管理与组织客户的订单处理与发货协调工作；
4. 负责管理客户售后服务工作，提升客户满意度，提高对大客户的增值服务能力；
5. 负责客服专员的日常管理工作；
6. 完成上级领导临时交办的工作。

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历,管理类、营销类相关专业；
2. 五年以上工作经验，从事中层管理工作3年以上；
3. 掌握市场营销、市场管理、数据处理与分析专业知识，熟悉公司相关法规和运作程序等知识，具备熟练的计算机办公软件操作能力；
4. 具有较强的协调沟通能力和客户服务能力，良好的表达能力、计划组织能力；
5. 能对客服代表进行培训、激励、评价和考核；
6. 能根据项目信息资料，研究制定产品售后服务政策和服务计划。
