职位描述
To generate and develop Logistics opportunities to meet the objectives of growth and profitability
The primary purposes of this role are:
i) To generate new Logistics opportunities
ii) To sell Contract Logistics and Distribution as the key services for the company.
iii) To increase relationship stability by diversifying product offerings and developing multi-level contacts relationship between customer and company main stakeholders
Key Tasks:
-Generate & manage a strong pipeline according to the company’s growth plan.
-Coordinates all logistics sales activities in the Country and addresses Regional support if needed (e.g. Tender mgt, Business implementation)
-Diagnose the potential customer’s Supply Chain Network setup to identify logistics opportunities
-Develop and prepare strategic investment proposal in close cooperation with Country Head Logistics
-Take lead role and actively participate to customer RFI & RFQ Logistics opportunities
-Work closely with the operation team to develop RFI & RFQ proposals
-Ensure the Margin and / or selling rates aligned with Company’s target and manage risk factors.
-To understand and identify potential key issues in contractual agreements and draw up commercial agreements
-To research and communicate market information on competitors, customers & industry
Build up and further improve customer relationships with the newly won and potential Key Account(s)( A-E) for Logistics Opportunities in China
-To be responsible for timely & proper handover of business implementation to the Operations Team
-Provide relevant and timely market intelligence to management

? To understand the functions & fundamentals of the Warehouse Management Systems (XXX, etc.)
? Extensive knowledge of the assigned and potential Key Account(s)(A/B) for Logistics Opportunities relevant industry vertical including trends, opportunities and threats
? Extensive knowledge andof Logistics Services and Logistic Solutions
? Extensive knowledge of trends and opportunities in the logistics industry
? Good knowledge of regulatory aspects affecting company and industries
? Good knowledge of markets (customers, competitors, suppliers and overall environment)
? Extensive negotiation skills
? Good knowledge of Logistics applications
? Good financial knowledge skills
? Ability to review, analyze and understand contracts

Educational background / Work experience
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
? 5 years of work experience (minimum)
? 5 years of overall industry experience (minimum)
? 5 years of Sales experience (minimum)
Language skills
? Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
? Other languages (written and spoken) a plus
Computer Literacy
? Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others)
? Profound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools
