PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Costing Functions of Cost Calculations, Review, updation and Interaction with repair center personnel for costing matters.
Preparation of Project Cost Tracking Sheet (Job Costing).
Finalization of monthly Factory Cost performance and results based on the Standard procedures and using system inputs.
Development, Review & Analysis of Hourly Standard Absorption Rates.
Review, Analysis & Control of factory overheads
Control and reconciliation of Material sent to sub contractors on regular basis.
Monthly Variance Analysis.
Development, Review & Analysis of Cost and SVM to develop outlook.
Inventory Control including Daily Inventory Taking and yearly reconciliation of total inventory. SL-GL Reconciliation.
Monthly closing activities to finalize results.
Co ordination with various auditors i.e. statutory, tax, internal & SOX auditors.
SOX compliances process owner for costing and Inventory Control.
Financial Reporting in group formats.

PROBLEM SOLVING:

Standard Cost Accuracy of each type of items for present cost-benefit analysis and for future reference of quote.
Fixation of yearly overhead absorption rates
Timely and accurate submission of budget & Outlook
Adherence to Standard Costing System
Cost Estimation of Running Jobs
Variance Reduction and explanations.

KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

All the past experiences (of 5 years) and running experience (of 5.5 years) of in the field of costing covering process costing , batch costing and Job Costing concept.
Good Team member and prefer to work in a challenging situations.
