Admin Specialist 行政专员

职位描述:

1. 提供日常的行政支持
2. 保持办公区域的整洁（装修、座位安置，绿化）
3. 负责行政账单核对申请
4. 协助经理管理行政相关供应商
5. 支持公司各类活动

职位需求：
1本科以上学历; 良好的口头和书面英语能力
2. 熟悉办公室设备及计算机办公软件的使用
3. 有良好的服务意识，有敬业精神和工作责任心
4. 良好的沟通技巧
5. 有2年以上秘书或行政助理经验为佳


Job Description:
1. Provide daily administrative support such as supervise cleaning service, liason with property management office
2. Keeps office tidiness including decorations, seating, plants etc.
3. Take care of office administrative billings
4. Assist manager to manage admin vendors;
5. Support company activities & events


Job Requirements:

1、 Above Bachelor degree; good oral and written English skills；
2、 Good at MS office software and office equipment；
3、 Good sense of service, hardworking and responsible；
4、 Good communication skill;
5、 2 year secretary or admin assistant experience is a plus
