Sales Executive

JOB FUNCTION:
Cultivate individual assigned sales opportunities and turn them into orders. Acquires new customers, crosses sell to existing customers, and saves customers at risk. Collects and reports market intelligence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifies prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow,direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program.

2. Receives prospects from telesales and/or customer service professionals.

3. Interfaces with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, and their needs

4. Makes value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.

5. Meets the assigned order amount goals.

6. Prepares and submits sales report, which includes tracking of order amount, demand forecasting and market intelligence.

7. Works closely with Operations and Customer Service to understand capacity issues so as not to over-sell capacity.

8. Performs other duties as directed.

HIRE-IN
University graduate in Business or Engineering discipline. (2 years sales experience.)
