Position: Office Assistant 办公室助理/文员
工作内容：
1. 税务、财政、工商、政府机关取送资料，报税，年检，信息沟通等外勤工作;
2. 协助企业秘书服务工作（企业设立注册、变更、注销、工作证办理等），以及会计、薪酬福利等相关事宜;
3. 相关资料的核对，整理及归档;
4. 扫描相关文件给其他办事处；
5. 公司要求的相关工作.


工作要求：
1. 有文员相关经验优先
2. 大专学历，英语、工商、人力资源管理等相关专业
3. 较强的沟通能力和突发事件处理能力
4. 思维敏捷，能吃苦耐劳
5. 较强的学习能力
6. 具有团队合作精神
7. 诚实守信
