What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for the full lifecycle of product development for Hardware and Test Systems including concept design, system architecture, requirements definition and management, leading teams, managing cost and schedule, integration, verification, validation
-Responsible for define DVP (design validation/verification plan) of drive system and integration subsystem (include power stage and motor & generator inverter) in line with Siemens PLM process on test documentation management. Take lead of test quality supervision
-Lead deisng of experiment (DOE) and test result data analysis based on six sigma related statistical tools
-Responsible for test capability deveopment in terms of equipment investment, test training plan, etc.
-Establishe and maintain communication channel with HQ DV counterpart team to share and exchange test experience and knowledge
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Detailed knowledge in powertrain / motor drive system test approach and equipment, including environmental, EMC tes. Familiar with power electronics automobile test standard ISO 16750, GB 18488 and so on;
-Master test methodology of power electronics and motion control product, basic statistical analysis knowledge;
-Master dyno system architecture knowledge, application of automation testing development tool Labview, statistical analysis tool of test data like minitab
-Project management experiences is preferred;
-Overall Network skill, Team leading skill is preferred;
-Communication Experience with foreigners specially with German
