Job Description
Market development & design-in activities in Center & North China.
-Align with division and drive the roadmaps (by application, customers) to introduce the new products to customers R&D & Sourcing department (OEM, Disty, Disty customers, IDH, Chip-set suppliers), as well as training ST sales.
New product opportunities & market intelligent
-Identify new product opportunities for MEMS and Sensors.
-Well understand the local MEMS and Sensor market and competitors.
ECO-System Build:
-Build partnership here with mobile phone p/f: like Qualcomm, MTK, Spreadtrum, Marvell, Broadcom, Leadcore, Intel.
-Reference design with internal BU, like MCU, APG, Analog, for new market like wearable, automotive, white application.
- Any SW, HW partner develop to enrich ST MEMS and Sensors values in local customer side.
- Working with Local FAE team to implement some basic customer SW, HW request here.
OIS and Wearable Key Marketing Program Execution:
- Local key OIS and Wearable customer promotion and development.
- Align with Division key program partner to implement the local strategy, support and billing.
New Application Development:
-Study and Dig out new emerge market for ST MEMS and Sensors, like Watch, Toy, Remoter controller, TV box and etc.
-Find and study 3rd party SW providers, and applications for boosting the MEMS and Sensors attach ratio for each customers.
Strategic development
-Develop selected key local customers featuring high AMS content through constant coordinated promotion actions and business review with customer management.
-Identify and coordinate with overseas AMS and ST teams the penetration of the Top Tier transnational customers with rich AMS local purchase.
Business Review and Follow up.
-Supporting regular MEMS and Sensor review with local Sales team and disti.
-Reporting key projects and clearly understand the customer and market trend for MEMS and Sensors.
Training & Seminars
-Carry out regular training to ST/Sales, Distributors and Seminars (OEM) by application or P&L
-To participate local conferences and exhibitions
Requirements:
- More than 10 years working experiences consumer industry and min 3 year MEMS and Sensor relative experience.
- Technical background (R&D or FAE), and understand the SW, MCU, HW related.
- Strong Communication and Good English.
- Strong Marketing and Business acumen
- Proactive
